What to expect at the 62nd Pula Film Festival?

Croatian film and Minority Croatian co-production films selected through application will compete in the Croatian programme. The selection of recent European and world feature films, medium-length and short films, selected from the most prestigious world film festivals will be screened in the International programme. 


Festival programme will offer film education also for young population: Pulica programme, besides film titles, prepares workshop the Professor Balthasar’s Laboratory, Dizalica programme screens films thematically suitable for teenagers and RED workshop in which participants produce their own film.

By joining programmes for the new generations within the seventh art, new ones will be launched, Student programme, which will offer an opportunity for young authors to present their feature films and shorts, as well as to participate in the professional programme Pula PRO intended for filmmakers and instructed by the renowned moderators and lecturers. Cinematheque, as a kind of time machine, is a programme screening selected five feature films significant for the history of the Pula Film Festival, whereas the Retrospective thematically screens a progamme dedicated to one foreign country cinematography or one foreign author opus.

Film programme is encompassed by additional sidebar programmes, such as theme exhibitions and divers Music programme.

62nd PFF introduces Festival Nights from 22nd to 28th of August at the Kaštel, presenting a programme made up of interesting film titles.
